Private scheduling

This system is provided for invited hosts and their meeting participants. Only authorized staff may access host management features. Guests may use a private invitation or booking link supplied to them.

Your information and connections

Provide accurate contact details, protect your login and private meeting links, and connect only calendars you are authorized to use. Each host grants and may revoke their own calendar connection. Do not submit your primary Apple password; use an app-specific password.

Meeting delivery

A booking can be saved while an external calendar or email update is still pending. Check delivery status and contact the host if needed. Email receipt and automatic calendar appearance depend on the recipient's provider, settings and invitation acceptance. Video services have their own availability and account limits.
