A private scheduling system for invited hosts and their guests. Hosts propose dates and times, share individual invitation links, and coordinate meetings with connected calendars.

Work on your terms

Authorized hosts manage their own availability and connect Google, Microsoft or Apple iCloud calendars. Meetings can include a Google Meet link, a supported Microsoft Teams meeting, an existing Teams Free link, phone instructions or another location.

Access by invitation

This is an internal tool. Public account registration is unavailable. Guests use the private link provided by their host to respond to a proposal, book a meeting, and manage their appointment.

Calendar access

Calendar access is optional and granted by each host. We use it to check conflicts and create, update or cancel events and invitations for meetings managed through this system. Booking emails contain meeting details and private management links.
